What price range are your bridal gowns?


Our collections range from $1,000 - $8,000




How do I book an appointment?


You can request an appointment directly on our website, please allow up to 24

hours for confirmation.




How long do bridal gown orders take to arrive?


Depends on the designer but it can range from 2 to 6 months.




Do you offer payment plans?


Yes, please contact customer service at calvetcouture@gmail.com for more

information.




I want to check on the status of my order, who do I contact?


Please email customer service at calvetcouture@gmail.com. Please make sure

to include the Special Order number and/or name on the order.




Is there an exact date of arrival for my order?


No, our boutiques are only given an “estimated delivery date” never a guaranteed

date due to production & shipping time.




Can I change or cancel my order?


All sales are final. Any payments received will be forfeited should you opt to

cancel your order.




I have a question or concern about my order, who do I contact?


Please email customer service at calvetcouture@gmail.com. Please make sure

to include the Special Order number and/or name on the order.




How will I know when my order arrives?


An automatic email will be sent from our system the second your order is

inspected and scanned in. Please make sure you verify your email on file.




Are alterations included in my gown purchase?


No, alterations are always an additional cost with an outside vendor of the bride’s

choice. Recommendations are available upon request.




Are rush options available?


Yes, we offer rush options but only for bridal gowns and accessories.




How soon should I order my accessories?


We recommend placing accessory orders with your bridal gown. If you wish to

wait, we recommend 2-3 months prior.




How far in advance should we order bridesmaid dresses?


We suggest 5-6 months prior to the wedding date. Please note we do not accept

orders with less than 4 months prior to the wedding.




Do bridesmaid orders have to be paid in full in advance?


Yes, full payment must be received in order for the order to be processed.




Do all my bridesmaids have to order together?


Yes, in order to ensure all dresses are cut from the same dye lot, we wait until

the entire party has ordered prior to processing the order with the designer.




How many guests can attend my bridal appointment?


We recommend 4 guests but if you contact us prior we will try to accommodate

your larger party.




Are appointments required?


Yes, we do request you make an appointment to ensure you have a bridal

consultant and a dressing room.




Do you accept walk-ins?


If we have the capability of fitting you in our schedule, we will gladly do so.




Does your selection vary by locations?


Yes, we carry different designers and/or gowns at our locations. Please visit the

designer page for more details.




Do you offer plus size styles?


All of our designers offer plus sizing for orders but our samples range from size

8-12. If you wish to bring in samples for your appointment please email customer

service at calvetcouture@gmail.com for more information.




Do you offer shipping domestically and internationally?


Yes, we do. Fees will be applied based on location and amount of items being

shipped. Please contact customer service at calvetcouture@gmail.com for more

information regarding shipping.




Do you offer champagne? If not, can we bring our own?


We offer complimentary champagne to celebrate the purchase of a gown. We ask that no outside food and beverage be brought to our boutiques.
